GUH-GUH-LEH-SEEZ-WHERE · PRIDE OF THE PEOPLE
A relaxed, hand-built coastal camp for families and friends. Eight tented rooms, long meals under open skies and days that move between forest, reef, beach and the Kosi lake system.
Why stay here
Gugs is the more social of the two Big Skies camps: simple tented rooms around shared spaces, an open-air lounge, a plunge pool, a forest boma and long outdoor dinners. Much of it was built with and by the surrounding community, down to the bar, which was put together from materials salvaged from the old camp.
From Gugs
Gugs is designed around getting out. Most scheduled experiences are included, so a stay naturally drifts between the lakes, the beach, the forest and community life.
